How to Use Your BreathCore™

Start with Awareness
Hold your BreathCore™ Trainer comfortably while standing or sitting. Keep your shoulders relaxed and your spine tall. Take a few natural breaths and notice your rhythm, posture, and how the inhale and exhale feel. -
Pull with Inhalation → Expand
As you pull outward, begin your inhale. Keep your elbows close to your body to prevent shoulder tension. Feel your rib cage and torso widen and lengthen as the diaphragm expands. Focus on steady, continuous breathing, not on how far you can pull. -
Push with Exhalation → Engage
After the pull, release back to center as you begin the exhale. Continue exhaling as you press inward, engaging your deep abdominals and internal ribcage muscles. This phase is about control and depth—guiding your breath and movement fully and smoothly. -
Find Your Flow
Alternate between pulling to inhale and pushing to exhale to create a continuous, full-body rhythm. The exhale begins on the release after the pull and continues deeply as you press. The inhale begins as you release the push, expanding further as you pull again. As your breath and movement synchronize, you will feel balanced strength, postural lift, and effortless flow.
