Basic Exercise

This foundational BreathCore exercise teaches you how to expand your breathing and strengthen your core with gentle resistance. This simple pattern is powerful and lays the groundwork for more advanced exercises.

Spiral Twist

This twisting movement connects breath and rotation to build spinal mobility and balanced core strength. Each inhale helps lift and lengthen the spine, while each exhale supports a deeper, more stable twist.

Abdominal Roll Downs

This breath-guided spinal roll down and up becomes a deep core challenge with the BreathCore Trainer. Exhaling and pushing into resistance engages your abdominals more fully—especially the deep stabilizers—turning each movement into a powerful core-building moment.

Sidebend Exercise

This side-bending movement helps you open your ribcage and breath, strengthen your obliques, and stretch through the sides of your body.

Forward Bend

This exercise combines a gentle forward fold with breath-powered resistance. As you fold forward with control and engage your breath, you lengthen your spine, activate your core, and stretch your back body.

Fish Pose

This pose expands your front body while strengthening your back. The BreathCore Trainer deepens your breath and activates your deep core—especially the transverse abdominis—supporting lift, length, and spinal extension.

Bridge Pose 

BreathCore Bridge connects breath, core, and glutes in one powerful lift. Inhale to open the ribcage. Exhale and push to engage your deep core and glutes—building strength, length, and stability. 

Teaser Exercise 

This progression helps you build toward the full Teaser position. With support from the BreathCore Trainer and your breath, you learn to lift with ease, balance with control, and move with strength.

Warrior 1

Warrior 1 Exercise elevates the traditional yoga pose into a dynamic, breath-powered strength movement. Each variation—arms at waist, arms overhead, side bend—adds a new challenge to the breath-core connection, progressively loading different muscle groups while maintaining grounding and alignment.

Warrior 3

This breath-powered balance challenge integrates the strength of your back body with the precision of your core. Whether your arms stay centered or extend forward, the Trainer helps stabilize your center, enhance balance, and deepen mental focus.

Slow Advanced Rhythm

The Advanced Rhythm Practice slows your breathing to just 3 breaths per minute—20 seconds per full breath cycle. This slower pacing builds deep breath control, core endurance, and a powerful sense of calm

Basic Series Flow

The BreathCore Basic Flow integrates breath, resistance, and core activation through a sequence of foundational movements. This flow moves your spine in all directions—lengthening, bending, and rotating—while engaging your deep core and postural muscles with every breath.

Warrior Flow

Rooted in strength and powered by breath, the Warrior Flow channels breath, resistance, and core engagement into dynamic standing poses that build postural integrity, stability, and inner power. With the BreathCore Trainer, each inhale expands the chest and spine, while each exhale activates deep stabilizers—supporting grounded legs, open posture, and core-powered alignment.
