• Eligibility: To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and include all original packaging, manuals, and accessories.
• Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
• Original Shipping Charges: Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.
• Damage Upon Delivery: Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you notice visible damage, take a photo and contact us immediately at sales@breathcore.com to ensure a smooth resolution.
• Refund Processing: Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
• Order Cancellations: Orders may be cancelled before they ship. Once an order has shipped, our standard return policy applies.

• Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–4 business days of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
• Shipping Methods: All orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on your location and selected service. Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.
• Estimated Delivery: Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days within the continental U.S. depending on your location. Please note that delivery times may vary during peak seasons or due to carrier delays.
• Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination.

• Lost or Stolen Packages: Once your order has been marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you believe your package is missing, please contact the carrier directly and notify us so we can assist with a claim.
