• Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
• Original Shipping Charges: Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.
• Damage Upon Delivery: Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you notice visible damage, take a photo and contact us immediately at sales@breathcore.com to ensure a smooth resolution.
• Refund Processing: Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
• Order Cancellations: Orders may be cancelled before they ship. Once an order has shipped, our standard return policy applies.
