Learn how to begin with your BreathCore™ Trainer

The BreathCore™ Trainer

The BreathCore Trainer is a dual resistance system that strengthens your breathing and core muscles at the same time.

The BreathCore™ Trainer is designed with a dual-resistance system that strengthens your breathing and core muscles—at the same time.

A center piece called the Floater, which provides resistance as you push.

You may see the Floater shift slightly side-to-side, especially if the Trainer isn’t perfectly level. That’s normal—it's designed to move freely to provide consistent and smooth resistance.

Using the
BreathCore™ Trainer

Unlike traditional resistance tools, the BreathCore™ Trainer is active in both directions—providing resistance when you pull (inhale) and when you press (exhale).

This dual-directional resistance helps you:

Activate your deep core and postural stabilizers

Because you're loading the breath and core muscles throughout the full cycle, the training is highly efficient—you can feel results with fewer repetitions and less time.

Listen to your body. If something doesn’t feel right, pause, rest, and adjust as needed.

BreathCore™ Trainer
Essentials

  • The patented dual-resistance system provides resistance during both pulling and pushing, training breath and core together for faster, deeper results.

  • Just a few minutes a day is enough to feel results. Most users start with 1–2 short sessions daily.

  • It strengthens both inhalation and exhalation muscles—including the diaphragm and deep core—improving lung capacity, breath control, and respiratory efficiency.

This can make breathing exercises and practices, such as pranayama, paced breathing meditation and Wimhof breathing easier and more effective.

  • It builds coordination between breath, movement, and posture—essential for athletes, performers, and anyone seeking greater focus and stamina.

  • We carefully tested a range of resistance strengths—both for pulling (inhale) and pushing (exhale)—with people of different sizes, fitness levels, and experience. Our goal was to find a strength that feels challenging but accessible for the widest range of users.

We’re also exploring future versions for those who may require less strength and those who are looking for more of a challenge.

  • Clean with a soft damp cloth. Use mild soap and water only.
