Safety Tips

The BreathCore™ Trainer is safe for most people, but here are a few things to keep in mind:

Have a medical condition, recovering from injury, or pregnant? Check with your healthcare provider before getting started.

New to exercise? Start slow with small, gentle movements—they're just as effective and build body awareness. NOTE: Always move in a controlled, intentional way. You should feel in charge of the Trainer, not the other way around.

Listen to your body. If something doesn’t feel right, pause, rest, and adjust as needed. Stop IMMEDIATELY if you experience:

  • Dizziness

  • Difficulty breathing

  • Nausea or lightheadedness

  • Sudden or increased pain

If any of these occur, stop exercising and contact your healthcare provider immediately.

Grip & Handling Tips:

  • Always ensure a secure grip on the handles before beginning.

  • Only pull as far as you can - maintain full control.

  • Keep hands on the handles when releasing.

  • Avoid placing fingers on the yellow threaded areas where the Trainer closes.

Use With Care and Protect Your Trainer.

  • Never use the Trainer in a way that could cause it to snap back toward your head.

  • Do not aim or snap the resistance band toward anyone’s face or body.

  • Do not throw, crush, or misuse. The hard plastic housing may break and cause injury.
